
1) Do they spend any time online and how much time? This
2) What are their favorite colors? It’s a small detail, but this can tell you how you may want to decorate your store or office to appeal to your customers. If your walls are orange and your customers like green, you may be scaring them away! (This advice comes from the designer in me)
3) What time of the day do they buy from you? If you find that a certain timeframe is busier than others, you can schedule your staff accordingly.
