Have You Written A Customer Service Letter Lately?

I was off to Squidoo today to find some good customer service information when I stumbled on the Customer Service lens of Andy Rankin whereupon I read about Andy’s customer service blog.  Andy’s project consists of writing to companies about their customer service and posting responses, if any, from the company.  I’m not sure if Andy will continue with this project as I see that the last post was back in April.  I think it’s a great idea for a blog.  Pen_paper.jpg

It’s been awhile since I’ve written a letter to a company regarding their service.  However, I did answer Panera’s online questionnaire the other night while I was there.  I will have a chance to win $2,000 ;)  Money incentives never hurt, right?
