Customer Service Tip: When You’re Wrong, Admit You’re Wrong
I know, this is hard for many of us to do - admit that we are wrong.  Our ego stands in the way of letting people know that we made a mistake.  We’re all human and we make mistakes.  Most customers can understand that. 

Last week I went to see Wayne Dyer speak in San Diego and one of the things he said resonated with me...These aren’t his exact words, but they’re pretty close:  If you have the choice between being right and being kind, kindness is the best route to take

Admit your mistake and apologize.  Then take action to remedy the situation.  Your customer will respect you for it.
