The only differentiator left
in business today is customer service.
in business today is customer service.
Tony Brennan, managing director of Viewpoint, said this. It’s true. Actually customer service is and has always been the only differentiator in business. Over the years we just became blind to it. Sure, it seemed like lower price points won over, but that was short-term. Like anything in life eventually we find out the truth...
Take for instance, Walmart. Everybody started shopping at this big box retailer because things were cheaper. Eventually news started coming out that the company didn’t treat their employees very good. It affected their business because people with a conscience didn’t want to support a company that wasn’t good to their internal customers.
So, how are you differentiating yourself? What do you want your brand to be known for?
