I’ve been meaning to blog about this...Although I mentioned it at my other blog, The Good Life, I should let you readers here know about the Joyful Jubilant Learning project at Talking Story. Rosa Say is a remarkable blogger, author, and teacher. I’ve learned quite a bit from reading her blog. We’re halfway through the month and the contributing authors of the project have a wealth of knowledge to share. Everyday is a learning experience and I know that I learn something new each day - even about customer service *wink*!
Today’s post is by John Richardson of Success Begins Today and he has some good questions for us:
“...Does your business have a well laid out path and a comfortable routine? Do your customers know where they are going or are they playing a guessing game? Do they know how to read your directional signs or are they facing a crossroads with no directions? Can they understand the language you use to describe your products or services or is it like a foreign language to their ears?”
Part of learning is to constantly ask questions and be a seeker of information. So, what are you learning today?

Aloha Maria,
Thank you for the kind words, and for letting your readers know about our learning forum this month.
We are looking forward to your guest spot on the 21st!
Rosa
