
With so many choices nowadays, it is overwhelming trying to figure out what company we want to be loyal to. It seems that customer service is the same across the board with only very few retailers standing out in the crowd when it comes to customer service.
I can’t think of one company that I’m really loyal to. Perhaps Starbucks – but sometimes I “cheat” and go to another coffee shop just for a change in scenery. Also, it can be very cold in some of those Starbucks! Is that their way to get you to keep buying coffee while you are in their shop?
Anyhow, what are you doing today to keep your customers loyal? Please say you’re not doing the loyalty card thing because I don’t think it’s working with today’s society. I guess it’s good to keep track of what your customers are buying, but are you even using the information that’s being provided?
