I wouldn’t mind having teenagers as passionate customer evangelists. Teenagers are all over the internet these days and if they love something, they’ll definitely let you know as well as instant message ten of their friends to let them know how much the love something.
What we can learn from customer evangelists - they’re the cheapest form of marketing – offer phenomenal service and a customer will tell everyone about you. Same goes for bad service as well! The two guys are great at making teenagers fall in love with them just by looking good ;) What are you doing to create evangelists for your company?
