Thought For the Day: What Would You Do?
I just finished reading Lora Adrianse's post where she asks us What Would You Think If Your Service Providers Cared Enough To Ask?  If I had received the email that Lora shares with us, I would definitely take the 30 minutes to share my feedback.  Judging from the way the email was worded, I would guess that the person who wrote seems very genuine and interested in what the customer has tofeedback.jpg say.  Ever since I’ve started writing this blog I’ve been more conscious of leaving feedback when I’m asked. 

When was the last time you left feedback when a company asked for it?  If a company is taking the time to ask, shouldn’t you take the time to give?  Also, if you’re a business owner, when was the last time you asked your customers for feedback?  Did you really pay attention to what they had to say?
