
I’m constantly thirsty for knowledge. From the time I read my first book at the age of three I have been a book maniac - often waiting in front of the library 30 minutes before it opened. I’m a geek. I’ll admit it. There are customers out there who are just as information-hungry as well. What are you doing to fill them up? Here are a couple tips I’d like to share:
* Offer helpful articles or resources on your website. We’re in the information age. There are so many people plugged into the internet looking for free information. The more information you can provide on a regular basis, the better. Customers will come back to your website often and hopefully buy your products in the process ;)
* Read industry trade publications to keep up with the trends in your industry. Communicate your knowledge to your customers via a blog or in person.
