Questions That Came To Mind Today...
I know that I often preach that students or people who want to start their own business should take a customer service class or seminar... However, can good customer service be taught?  Is it the type of thing wherein you need “hands-on” experience to actually learn?  Doesn’t one need practice dealing with people in order to be an expert at it? 

Then there’s another question that comes to mind and I don’t know if I’ve brought it up here before... Can you teach someone to be nice?  Isn’t that a characteristic that we’re born with or learn through our experiences?

Just a few questions that came to mind today...Let me know your thoughts!

sending your customers or clients an email often asking about their health make them feel special and know you have them in mind not just their money. this builds a special relationship between your clients and ur organisazion

salespersons should always have this notion,they represent their organisation. how they carry themselves, their responses to things, appearance, diction among others dipicts that of their organisations. thus they are either taken seriously or for granted, goes a long way to affect their organisation.
