Talk about synchronicity, I’m in Panera today instead of my usual office, Starbucks. I thought I’d click on over to ConverStations and see what Mike Sansone is up to. I come across his post “Married to Panera” and I must agree that I could possibly marry Panera as well. In fact, I’m probably engaged right now ;)
I was wowed by the experience that Mike shared when he was sick and the manager at Panera sent his wife home with a cup of chicken noodle soup - on the house! I haven’t experienced that type of service at the Panera here in San Diego, but I do love the ambience and friendliness of the people that work here...Check out a previous post, Panera - A Friendly Place For Laptops.![]()
I must give Mike a Good Customer Service Story award for sharing this story with us!

With everything that I have read so far, it seems that the price of oil and petroleum products can have a huge effect on the American economy over the next three to six months. But I am just one amateur investor, sitting in front of his iMac and trying to make sense of the world. What do you think? Do you think I was wrong to sell my Panera Bread shares based on my analysis?
