If you’ve been reading this blog for the last couple weeks, I’m sure you know about the story I covered about Justtwogirls.com where I even mentioned contacting ABC’s 20/20 to let them in on the scoop. Well, incidentally, I received an email today from one of the producers of the show! She was asking if I knew of any examples of video or audio of any horrible customer service experiences. Unfortunately, I don’t know of any view or audio examples other than the famous AOL and Comcast fiascos.
However, for those victims of justtwogirls.com who visit here on a daily basis, I just want you to know that I did let the producer know about your stories. The producer said that she needs video or audio clips. So if any of you have audio or video in which you’ve engaged with “Christina” of justtwogirls.com, let me know and I’ll forward it to the 20/20 producer. We need to get it to her ASAP!
If anybody else has video or audio examples of horrible customer service experiences that you want to share with ABC's 20/20, let me know and I'll connect you with the producer...

Hi, my emails were featured on your first article about JTGs.
Too bad it's illegal to tape phone calls in California (where I live) or else I would. The phone calls I had with her in the past would make Lizzie Borden look sane.
I just know that law enforcement in the way of the Missouri Attorney General's office is on the case. I just received a call from Investigator Don Little this morning.
I suggest any victims of Christina and JTGs email him with your stories: don.little@ ago.mo.gov
Good luck!
