
As my friend and I pulled up, the barista working just looked at us as if saying, “Oh great, another customer….” She didn’t smile and even got our coffee orders wrong. Contrast that with the girl at the Starbucks across the way who greets people with the energy of a whole cheerleading squad.
Hmmm…whom would you do business with? I’ll take the girl with the energy, please!

I love coffee too. Give me a strong rich cup. Kona for example. Or one of the great coffees I have had in Germany such as Jacobs Kronung.
