  As my friend and I pulled up, the barista working just looked at us as if saying, “Oh great, another customer….” She didn’t smile and even got our coffee orders wrong. Contrast that with the girl at the Starbucks across the way who greets people with the energy of a whole cheerleading squad. Hmmm…whom would you do business with? I’ll take the girl with the energy, please! Are you giving positive energy to your customers today? |
