
I know you’re all probably tired of me talking about Starbucks and their customer service, so I thought I’d spotlight a different company today... This company was also highlighted in this month’s issue of Fast Company: M*A*C Cosmetics. (I can just hear the groans from the men right now...hee!)
I’ve only bought a few things from M*A*C before, but in those few
times I’ve had a nothing but good experiences. Well, considering the M*A*C counter I went to was inside a Nordstrom, you really couldn’t get any better service. All the makeup artists were always very helpful, offered their advice, and made tons of suggestions. Even if I didn’t purchase anything they made sure to hand me a business card and invited me see them when I was ready to buy something - an attitude that all sales people should have. I also love that the company believes in giving back to the community.
