The other day I received an email from Jeff Hoyt of Hoytus.com and he shares a podcast titled “Voice Jail”. Oh yes, the dreaded jail we’ve all experienced at one time or another. The jail where the only bail is to either have the call answered very quickly or to hang up in exasperation.
What’s funny is that Jeff was actually one of those voice-over people who you heard saying, “Your call is important to us…” How ironic for him to now create a podcast on customer service himself. He mentions that he has called a company and has heard himself as the recording!
Also, Chris Brogan shares the podcast done at The Great Big Small Business Show. A wealth of customer service information from many business experts! Such creative and inspiring people…
