
Ah ha! Enough of the Dell (DELL) bashing already! Here are some good customer service experiences with Dell I came across today:
Service Untitled tells us an experience with a Dell customer service rep in India via the online chat feature. In conclusion: “All in all, kudos to Dell. They handled the situation very well and I don’t have any suggestions for improvement as far as customer service goes.”
PROBlog also used the chat feature to contact Dell and was pleasantly surprised by the service: “A few minutes ago (less than 18 hours after my initial contact) a fedex truck delivered my replacement monitor! Now I am thoroughly impressed - this is what customer service means. While I know that some people may not have such a good experience, I have to say that this was truly the easiest problem resolution I have ever had.”
AttentionMax says that “Dell is Awesome!”: “I hope Dell keeps this up. I might consider going Dell again, as a result of this experience. I hope other fellow Dell customers publicly report their experiences so we all can get a sense of whether there is an institutional shift underway (away from the recent history of Dell Hell), or if I was a fluke.”
If it really and truly is Dell's intention to fix their customer service, let's give them a little boost and share our good experiences!
