Just came across this article about a lady who is attempting to sue UPS's CEO, Mike Eskew, for poor customer service. Apparently UPS (UPS) "mishandled" a passport that Moira Wright was supposed to receive for a trip that she was going to take. She ended up having to drive to Washington DC to get a new passport and wanted UPS to compensate her for the new passport and for her troubles. Wright wrote a letter to Eskew, which was ignored, so Wright decided to take the issue to court.
Did Wright go too far in filing suit against Mike Eskew and not UPS? Any thoughts on this? I, for one, am surprised that there aren't more lawsuits nowadays because of poor customer service.

EXPEDIA uses UPS and UPS lost my airline ticket. After that I had a really bad experience with EXPEDIA's customer support team. They failed to fix the problem and then they lied and lied to me and they tried to keep the money they charged in my credit card for that trip they never arranged. I'm running a website to alert people about how bad is EXPEDIA. EXPEDIA is listed in the top ripoff link at the bad business bureau ( http://www.ripoffreport.com ) and has two "dedicated" websites due to poor customer support and lies: http://www.victimsofexpedia.com/templates.htm (read some lies here) and http://www.shameonexpedia.com
I guess UPS is one of EXPEDIA's problems
Good luck
