It seems we are on a new wave when it comes to outspoken customers trying to get the word out about the awful service they’ve received. With all the technology at our fingertips, we can spread the word faster than wildfire nowadays! In a matter of minutes, the world can know just how bad your customer service is...
In my blogsearch on T-mobile, I came across this post at The Consumerist that says T-Mobile forbids you from recording their customer service calls. If you ask them why this is so, the answer is “Company policy”. Don’t we just love those two words? However, later we find out that it is legal to record those conversations.
