Fedex Corporation (FDX) is introducing a new store format that is focused on customer service and convenience. The new stores will average about 1,800 square feet versus the current average of 6,000 square feet. They will feature more office products, new technology such as DVD media, thumb drives, and cell phone accessories. Also, there will be a new notary service in addition to the regular services
offered at traditional Fedex Kinko’s. Furthermore, employees will work with customers from the beginning to the end of a project. The company decided to go for this small store concept after much research and testing. When I visit one, you can be sure that I’ll do a review here!

Dear Sir/Madam:
I was a customer to the FedEx Kinko's at 6829 N. Lincoln Ave,Lincolnwood,IL. I had put an order to laminate a picture of 6 ft by 3ft. I found the picture which was cost of $140.00 completly damaged due to handling of an inexperienced employee of the Kinko's. It was strange that the picture was damaged intentionally although it was not machine error. Should I get back my money of reprint of the same picture which costed me $100.00 so that I will have the peace in my mind.
Thank you,
Regards,
Kris Sahoo
