
I was in Starbucks today and one of the employees asked another employee if she had taken her break. She replied, “No! I’m very dedicated to providing legendary customer service!” Although she said it kindof jokingly, it made me think on that word “legendary”.
When I think of a legend, I think of someone, or yes, even a company, who is exceptional in every way and surpasses all boundaries - so much that they become world renown. They pass on the legacy that made them so famous for generations and generations to come.
Will Starbucks become one of those legendary companies that stand out because of their customer service? I think so.
