Hooters has the best chicken wings. If you’re ever in a city with a Hooters, I recommend checking it out - provided you don’t find girls in orange short-shorts offensive ;) But what I do like about Hooter’s is that the place has a certain energy about it - perhaps all the testosterone-laden men ooogling over the women! All kidding aside, Hooters is festive and the waitresses are on their toes when it comes to customer service. In the dozen times I’ve been to a Hooter’s, (there are two in San Diego, by the way) I’ve always received great service. Here’s why...I came across Idea Sandbox who shares with us the 16 steps to customer service that each waitress must adhere to. Of the
sixteen, here are my favorites:
- Greet incoming Guests from wherever you are
- Sit down to take food order
- Entertain, Entertain, Entertain!
- Check back in 2 bites or 2 minutes and refill drinks
- TEAMWORK - acknowledge every guest (5 ft. rule)(Greet anyone who is within 5 feet of you)

Thanks for finding and reading Idea Sandbox! Thanks too, for your link! - Paul
