Hooters Customer Service

Hooters has the best chicken wings. If you’re ever in a city with a Hooters, I recommend checking it out - provided you don’t find girls in orange short-shorts offensive ;) But what I do like about Hooter’s is that the place has a certain energy about it - perhaps all the testosterone-laden men ooogling over the women! All kidding aside, Hooters is festive and the waitresses are on their toes when it comes to customer service. In the dozen times I’ve been to a Hooter’s, (there are two in San Diego, by the way) I’ve always received great service. Here’s why...I came across Idea Sandbox who shares with us the 16 steps to customer service that each waitress must adhere to. Of theHooters Logo sixteen, here are my favorites:

  • Greet incoming Guests from wherever you are
  • Sit down to take food order
  • Entertain, Entertain, Entertain!
  • Check back in 2 bites or 2 minutes and refill drinks
  • TEAMWORK - acknowledge every guest (5 ft. rule)(Greet anyone who is within 5 feet of you)

Me and 16 of my friend's went to the Hooters in Clarksville on Sunday the 22 of April to have Dinner. We all ride bikes and go to different Hooters location's around middle Tenn. I as well as 6 of the others that went on this day to this location were very disappointed in the service as well as the quality of the food. The food was cold when it was brought to the table as well as the wait they were not very busy We took up three table's to be seated. 2 of the table's had there food 20 minutes after we walked in. The other table waited 45 minutes and the food was cold as well as the fish and chips that 2 of the people ordered tasted like they had been cooked in burnt grease. When they said some thing to the server about this she acted like she did not hear them or did not care. As I have noted we go to many of the Hooters in Middle Tn. But I do not think that this is the service or the quality that you want Hooters giving to there customers.

My wife and I went to Hooters in Morehead City N.C. and had the worst experience that we have ever had. We ordered 10 piece wings, all drums, the waitress DOODLE BUG kept pushing a new beer on us even when we told her we did not want it, she also kept disappearing. Another girl brought our food and we only got 8 wings. Then when we told the waitress she said we would get 2 more in 9 minutes, but she disappeared again and another girl brought the other 2 wings, but we did not get 2 drums. We sat there for over 20 minutes this time waiting for the check. We were charged for all drums, but we did not get all drums. We will never set foot in this place or recomend this hooters to anyone. Bottom line Morehead Hooters SUCKS and I'm glad in this economy you can afford to loose customers.
