
It’s been a few weeks since I’ve come across a story to add to the “Good Customer Service Story” category. However, the dry spell is over as I came across a post at Applied Abstractions. This story has to deal with a vest that Espen Andersen, the writer at Applied Abstractions, bought from Eddie Bauer. Espen called Eddie Bauer to order some new shirts and he mentions to the customer service rep that a vest he purchased from the company was great. The rep asks if the vest is still ok and Espen tells her that except for a little tear, it‘s perfectly fine. Well, that little tear didn’t sit well with the rep, so she goes ahead and mails Espen a brand new vest on the spot! ![]()
