
A superintendent in Providence, Rhode Island is on a mission to have a school system that will take a customer service approach to public education. "The schools will reflect a positive ethos," Supt. Donnie Evans told The Providence Journal. "If you are an adult, you will want to be in this school. If you are a child, you will look forward to going to school."
Some of the things that Evans would like to change are the way
