I’m sure many of you know about the GetHuman campaign that was launched to help people bypass the automated customer service messages when calling a company’s 800 number. I’ve blogged about the company before here and here. Well, I just recently found out about another new service called Bringo! which takes the concept one step further. This service is for people who just don’t have the time to make the phone calls. Think of Bringo! as a personal secretary who will call the companies for you, navigate through the “phone trees” and then notify you when you’re connected to the company.
