I was in the bookstore tonight browsing through books and my eyes rested upon Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich. I’ve never paid no mind to this book for whatever reason, but tonight it was calling me to pick it up. So I did and started reading it. If there’s one book that you read in life, this one is it. I highly recommend it... The book definitely reaffirmed many of the principles in life that I follow and if you work in customer service it will definitely give you a different perspective on how to approach your work.
Well, anyways, a line in the book definitely stuck with me:
“...desire backed by faith knows no
such word as impossible....”
Reading this brought to mind other people’s thoughts on customer service and how “you can’t satisfy every customer” and that you “can never give great customer service all the time.”
First of all, I don’t like the word “can’t” and “never”. When someone tells me that I “can’t” do something or it will “never” be done, I’m ready to prove to them that it can be done and it will be done. So, let this be my declaration that I will have a company that will provide 100% phenomenal service every single time ;)
Would anybody else out there like to take this same declaration?
