Harsha,
Kim needs to read this blog...and yours too! Yes, fortunately, incidents like this are rare, but they do seems to stick in our minds, huh?
Thanks again for the comment!

Picture this. Circa 2002, young international student for the first time in the US on his first cell phone.
Ok, here we go:
1. Sprint's system cannot "understand" the address format on the bank a/c.
2. Bill does not get paid for 2 months (student has no idea) and then gets a call from "Kim" of Sprint's Acct. Payable.
3. (Student still remembers the name Kim!) who is rude, yells at him for not paying the bill, refuses to understand the problem is with Sprint, threatens to cut the service and won't call her manager when asked for!
Yes, its me. Don't get me wrong, I love Sprint's coverage and never have encountered another Kim but who knows, chances are I will.
