What contributions are you making in this world? Have you ever thought about it? When you think of customer service, do you think about the role you play in helping out your fellow human being?
Hard Rock Cafe has a motto, "Love all, serve all" and I believe that all businesses should also try to follow this saying. In essence, that is what customer service is all about...Serving all, helping all, and loving all! If everyone made an effort everyday to make a contribution to making someone else's day a little happier, who knows how much more positive this world would be.

Very nice thought for the day, Maria! Makes me ponder on what have I done to my family, my friends, and my fellow human beings so far. Have I made them feel good about themselves everytime I'm with them? I think making the other person feel good about himself is easy to do, maybe the simplest thing to do, but has the most potent effect on people. A lot like giving excellent customer service.
