Dave Lorenzo of Career Intensity recently noted "The Extra Mile Investment" and it got me thinking...hmmm...Going that extra mile for the customer can definitely be thought of as an "investment" in your business. When you go above and beyond the call of duty, you're communicating to the customer that yes, you value their business. Plus, it ensures your success for the future.
Are you investing in your customers?

Definitely, Maria! We must invest in our customers, invest time, effort, and money in our business so that we can better serve our customers. :)
