Meikah of Customer Relations talks about "Service Wows" which had me thinking about the last time I was wowed as a customer. Hmmm....
I thought....and thought....and thought....
Well, that's pretty sad that I can't think of the last time I was absolutely wowed by a business. I'm talking the big WOW that sinks into your memory forever and ever. The type of service that inspires you tell everybody about it.

Yeah, Maria, it would be a good idea to remember the service wows we received. I still remember the last time I felt "wow" and that was in Tsoko.Nut. I wrote about it and the many others on my Consumer Watch feature. Thanks for the trackback again!
