Well, JD Powers is at it again with their Customer Service Index 
Ranking for Customer Service. This time Lexus tops the list with a score of 912 out of 1000. This ranking was for the US Market based on 79,500 surveys.
Here is the top ten:

2) Buick 911
3) Cadillac 909
4) Jaguar 908
5) Lincoln 906
6) Mercury 905
7) Saturn 904
8) Pontiac 903
9) Audi 890
10)MINI 890
There's an interesting thread on the results of this survey at Autospies.com. One comment in particular caught my interest because it says that these types of surveys are way off because "it is more about the people buying the cars then the cars themselves". The commenter goes on to say that expectations of people buying particular cars are different. For example, a person buying a BMw may be more "picky" and much harder to please than people who buy a Lexus or a Buick.
