
I was in Radio Shack yesterday making a purchase and the lady next to me was in a huff about an item she purchased. Apparently the associate suggested the wrong item for her electronic device - I can imagine a mistake like that could happen considering the million gadgets that Radio Shack carries. She got home to discover that she bought the wrong gizmo and had to drive all the way back to the store to get the right item. Her actions spoke very loudly. I can understand her irritation.
However, this post is about what the associate said after she left. He called her a name that I won't repeat here, but let's just say that it rhymes with "Witch". He didn't say it out loud, but loud enough for me to hear. Very unprofessional.
I understand that we sometimes have tough customers we have to deal with, but take your frusterations out in the back room out of earshot of other customers.
