
Mary Schmidt makes a good observation..."Humans are Only Human" and it brought to mind something that my boyfriend reminds me of time and time again - "Not everybody thinks like you do, Maria." So when I wonder why people can't understand that customer service is so important to a business, my boyfriend's words ring in my mind.
It's true, we don't live in a perfect world and for some reason I sometimes forget that! If we lived in a perfect world, everybody would be good and kind to one another and there would be harmony in business. Everyone would receive excellent customer service.... But then, I wouldn't have anything to write about here!
Perhaps if we all visualized what perfect customer service would be like, then maybe that will inspire us to do one act today to work towards that. What one thing are you doing or thinking about doing today?
