WaiterBell points out this article, "In good businesses, it's all about service", in which the author mentions a study done by BIGresearch that found that in the health care industry, pharmacists provided the best customer service followed by dentists and doctors were third.
Now, allow me to get on my little soapbox for a moment and digress....
Could it be that pharmacists are number one because they make so much money from selling you medicine that you don't need? Of course they're going to give you what you want and listen to your every little ache and pain so they can find another pill to sell to you! I'm sick of doctors and pharmacists who really don't want us to get better. They just want us to continue being sick so that they can make money.... Ok, not ALL doctors, but MANY. Now, is that good customer service?
Well, enough of my ranting...back to the regularly scheduled program ;)
