"Customer First" policy and I got to rethinking my own philosophy about customer service. I know I've stressed many, many, many times how customers should always be at the forefront of our minds, but something that I read somewhere else this past weekend had me thinking that perhaps if we put ourselves first and love ourselves first, then that would make it easier to love other people and want to do more for other people. Everything positive starts within - and it starts with you. Of course, this has nothing to do with being selfish. It's about having love within so that you attract positive customers to you and not these type of customers.
