
The CRM Blog offers some things to think about before you implement a CRM Solution:
• Enabling the right business indicators to be defined in a way that can be tracked and managed
• Developing reports and other tools that facilitate tracking the indicators
• Analyzing the indicators and changing the business insight
• Identifying the customer segments
• Analyzing profitability options
Allow me to add that your WHOLE team needs to be on board to help with implementing the system. They will be the ones using it and they need to be able to understand how it works and more importantly, why it is being used. Without the support of the whole organization, you just have another system and wasted money.
