I'm sure that we all have our share of bad customers. Sometimes we may decide to fire them, but other times it may be best to simply try and turn the situation around. I'm a big affirmation person, so I would say something like, "I attract good customers to my business and all my relationships with my customers are healthy and abundant." Some of you may think this is gibberish, but trust me, if you say it to yourself enough times you'll really start to see a difference in your business. Don't knock it til you try it! Remember that you always attract whatever energy you put out there...
Anyhow, I came across Lee Lister, "The Biz Guru", who shares with us some ways that we can change bad customers into better customers:
1. Ensure that they understand exactly what level of service, cost structure and payment terms their account operates under.
2. Try and address your customers complaints on a once only attempt.
3. Provide incentives to your customers to refer other business to you.
