
In this news article, it states that U.S. Airways is experiencing
customer service issues since the merger with US Airways and America West.
"This is one of the things that makes airline mergers really hard," said Travis Christ, US Airways' vice president of sales and marketing. "One of the frustrations that our customers feel sometimes -- and we do, too -- is that this just takes time. You can't measure it in hours and days."
In our society, we expect things to happen at the speed of light. However, I've come to realize that yes, technology is not perfect and sometimes we have to be patient (a word that doesn't exist in some people's dictionaries!) Can we and/or should we give companies a break sometimes?
