That's what many of you are thinking as the Friday workday comes to a close. That famous phrase probably echos through many office buildings around the country. But for those who work in customer service this may not be the case - especially for people who work in retail customer service. This may be your Monday! At any rate, Dave Lorenzo tells us you're in the wrong job if:
- You get sick to your stomach each Sunday night as you think about the upcoming work week.
- You think of about a dozen reasons to call in sick each and every day.
- You are regularly late for work. No matter how hard you try to be on time, you always seem to get distracted on your way there.
- Time at work seems to pass more and more slowly each day.
- You find yourself hiding from your boss because you don’t want any additional assignments that will keep you at work.
Many a time I've said that if you don't like your customer service job, find something else to do that you're passionate about. Read more in past posts:
