I got this thought/quote via Ramblings From a Glass Half Full that I would like pass on to you:
"When you improve a little each day, eventually big things occur. Not tomorrow, not the next day, but eventually a big gain is made. Don't look for the big, quick improvement. Seek the small improvement one day at a time. That's the only way it happens - and when it happens, it lasts."
--John Wooden
The post includes an absolutely gorgeous photo that you definitely have to check out!
Taking small steps to improve at work will take you on a journey to higher places. It can lead to improved customer satisfaction, strong relationships, and of course, more sales. The passion to help others will never fade and your business can and will outshine the competition :)

Maria, thanks for the link (and your comment on my blog) - I'm glad you liked the picture too. There's something about those particular peaks that prompt a lot of useful reflections; in this case, being able to see the "big picture" and understanding that little things can add up to big things. Thanks again, and all the best!
