I know many of you who read this blog do some blogging as well - 
about business, marketing, customer service, or what have you. Have you ever thought about your readers as customers? They come to your blog hoping to find valuable information and I know that many of you deliver on that.
The Carnivale of Customer Service topic asks for your customer service definitions and philosophies and for some of you who blog, you're probably thinking..."Well, I don't have any customers". Au, contrare, my friend. Readers are your customers!
