
Awhile ago I mentioned that Firemountain Gems has great customer
service. Today I log on to their website to get their email address so that I contact them to find out the status of my order. Sure, I could have easily called them, but for some reason I wasn't in the mood to be on the phone. Plus, I wanted to test out their email customer service.
Well, it turns out that Firemountain Gems offers Live Chat where you could send an instant message to one of their customer service reps. I decided to try it out.... The communication was smooth sailing. Nathan was the person who helped me and he even addressed me by name and thanked me for my business. Not that I shouldn't have expected it, but it's just nice to know that there's a real person there.
If it's within your budget, I recommend implementing Live Chat onto your website if you have an online business. It's one more way to make it easier for customers to do business with you...especially phone-phobics like me ;)









I want to know if Best Buy features online customer service because I have real trouble login in into my account.
