Tim Stay of ItsBadBusiness has an ongoing saga about Totally Awesome Computers and his experience with the company. In the latest edition of the saga, Tim gives us his reasons why TAC didn't keep its promises. After reading the story that Tim shares, I can safely posit that TAC just about broke every rule in the customer service "lawbooks":
1) They promised Tim a new computer on a Tuesday morning, but when he arrived at the store, it wasn't there.
2) Tim was put on hold for over 20 minutes when he tried to phone in to see about his computer
3) No apology was given to Tim for the inconvenience
4) TAC also promised a "Lifetime Warranty", but the company is now out of business.
