
1) I just finished an interview with Fast Company Magazine about this blog, Customers Are Always! The magazine is doing a feature on customer service for the September issue. One of the reporters, Michael Prospero came across my blog and the rest is history ;) Be on the lookout for it!
2) I know that some of you have been accustomed to my frequent postings here and lately I've been quite busy with moving and getting ready for a trip up to Northern California to see family. So you may or may not get as many postings from me in the next few weeks - depends on what the family has planned for us to do.
3) I didn't receive any submissions for the Carnivale of Customer Service! ;( So, this time I will just make a call for any article about customer service and it doesn't matter when you wrote it.
