
I was in Starbucks yesterday and happened to hear a man next to me talking on the phone about his business. His conversation piqued my interest because I heard him talk about customer service, so of course I had to ask him what type of business he had. Well, it so happens that he's the owner of Greater Methods, a company that provides CRM systems and solutions for businesses.
