Each of us has a story to share.  Heck, our whole lives are based around stories - deciphering meanings from stories and applying them to our own lives.  As we sit down for Sunday dinner tonight, we share stories with our families or loved ones.  When we're in line at the grocery store, we're talking about the weather and sharing a story about how we went to the beach and saw naked old men - that is, if you've ever visited Black's Beach here in San Diego ;)

When was the last time you shared a story about the fabulous service you received from a business?  Can't remember?  Or if you're a business owner, when was the last time you inspired a customer to tell a story about the service you provided?
