
I'm sure we can all agree that laughter is the best medicine. Laughter releases
endorphins into the body which produces a feeling of overall well-being. And who doesn't want to feel good?
I've said here before that we should be able to laugh with our customers. In your business blog, what better way is there to introduce the humourous side of you? BL Ochman's advice (found via Business Blogwire) to business owners about blogging is:
"Everyone and her dog already has a blog. Make sure you have a good reason to start and sustain a blog. And make it fun. Make your customers smile. Laugh even. ... Hardly any bloggers have any sense of humor."








Amen, Maria, amen. I couldn't have said it better myself, although I once tried. The trend seems to be moving toward humor as a means to employee and customer satisfaction.
