
This is too funny that I can't help but blog about it. Here's an example of what not to do if you have a business blog...
If you read the post you'll notice that the author mentions "manufacturing customer service training" NINE times in the post. Just about every sentence contains the phrase. Very redundant, don't you think? I understand that the author probably did it for SEO purposes, but if a customer came across this blog and had no clue about SEO, they would probably think the author was drunk when he wrote it.
Wouldn't a post like this affect the credibility of a business? I think so. Oh, and another thing, the blog doesn't allow comments or trackbacks. Ouch. These are things that can scare off customers.. Customers read your blog for valuable information, not mumbo jumbo.
