Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

All the sinks in my condo are clogged so I trudged over to Home Depot to buy one of those "snakes" that unclogs drains.  I stood there for about ten minutes trying to figure out which one to buy - 1/4 inch?  3/8 inch?  15 foot?  25 foot?.  Finally, an angel was sent to the rescue.

"Got something that's clogged?" he asked.

"Yes, I have three sinks that are clogged."

"I don't think the snake is going to help.  Sounds like it's one of the main pipes that isn't within reach.  You'll have to get a plumber to fix that."  He illustrated this to me on a display box.  "I think you should probably talk to your neighbors to see if they're having the same problem first.  If so, then it most likely is a main pipe in your condo complex."

"Thank you so much!  That saves me $25,"  I said - grateful for the advice.

"Well, I'm just here to solve problems," he said.
