
One of my goals with this blog is to help spread the Good Word. As I've complained about a few times before, the internet is filled with so many stories about bad service. There has to be good stories out there to balance it out and give us a ray of hope that great customer service is not dead!
Service Untitled shares a great customer service experience with Headsets.com. What I found interesting when reading the "Seven Promises" page of their website is this little statement, "We Answer E-mail!" I found it funny given the fact that many companies still have e-mail anxiety. I also like that the website is very interactive and
contains helpful information. It even has a "Headset Wizard" where you can answer a few questions and you'll be guided to the right headset for your needs.
