Any Suggestions For CustomersAreAlways?

It's been a little over four months since I've started blogging here at CustomersAreAlways and in such a short amount of time I feel that I've learned so much about the principles of customer service....

But there comes a time in a writer's life that he/she experiences "writer's block" and that time has hit me at this very moment.  I aim to provide valuable information here, but I don't want to talk about the same things over and over - so it is here that I ask you, dear reader, for some help.

Are there any suggestions, tips, or topics that you would like to read here at CustomersAreAlways?  Is there any information here that you would like to elaborate on?

I welcome your comments here or you can email me: maria [at] customersarealways.com

Maria, I plan to post some ideas today at BrainBasedBusiness that might trigger your writer brain, partly because you inspired me to do do... and partly because I so enjoy reading your blogs that I'd like to ensure they keep coming.

Ah, blogger's block!

You could always look through your little "blog log" we sent you a while back.

Maybe you could do a post series on the top ten customer service skills, or ask for readers to share memorable customer service stories.

Or share an experience you had with a good or bad customer service agent.

Or maybe tell a made-up story and relate it to customer service.

Some food for thought for ya. :)

Maria, you could sponsor a "customer service horror stories" contest. The prize for the winner could be that he or she never has to do business my cell phone service provider.

Thanks, everyone, for your suggestions... It feels so good to get KMM love :) I feel the inspiration coming through already....

Hey, John, you really have a vendetta against your cell phone company ,eh?
